• We train the trainers! Almost every ISO trainer, consultant, or school active in Oklahoma has been trained in one or more of our classes - come to the source of the ISO 9000 experience and knowledge in Oklahoma!

• Aerospace/Government Contracting Advisory Panel has been established to provide additional training and guidance (about unique demands of ISO 9000 application and implementation within Aerospace/Defense) to The Hartley Group's staff as needed. Members of this panel have over 100 years of combined experience in the Aerospace industry, as well extensive experience implementing, training, and auditing ISO/AS 9000.

• The Hartley Group's consultants have been working with ISO 9000 based quality systems since 1988, in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (even "Okie"), and in over 8 countries! We have worked with various service organizations, manufacturers of every description, and government agencies, too.

• FAA - Successful consulting to Federal Aviation Administration led to recommendation for Registration on the first Audit. The Hartley Group was the only private-industry consulting group used by the FAA Logistics Center and NAS in developing its very successful quality management system.
