Seminar Description: The ISO 9000:2000 Internal Auditor Course teaches the principles and practices of effective quality assurance auditing in accordance with the ISO 9000:2000 series of standards.  This course provides the background needed to conduct ISO audits using the "Process Approach" and the "8 Guiding Principles" of ISO 9000:2000.  The course comprises formal classroom sessions, role-playing, workshops, small group and open forum discussions.  The course provides participants with the information necessary to interpret and audit to the Standard.  Course is 24 hours.

Who Should Attend: Quality Directors, Managers, Engineers, Auditors, ISO Coordinators.  Anyone responsible for understanding ISO 9001:2000 and how it will impact your organization.
